Refund policy

Return and reimbursement policy:

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the web store are for your own account.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. The product (s) with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging are returned.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of the registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Conditions for returns:

To ensure that the goods are eligible for returns, you must ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The delivery of goods that are tailor -made or personalized.
  • The delivery of goods that are not suitable for their nature to be returned, for example goods that spoil quickly or whose expiration date has expired.
  • The delivery of goods that for reasons of health protection or hygiene are not suitable for return and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
  • The delivery of goods that are inextricably mixed with other items after delivery, by their nature.
  • (Online) training, master classes and digital goods.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above return conditions.

Return goods

You are responsible for the costs and the risk of returning the goods to us. You must send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost goods during the return shipment. That is why we recommend an insured and traceable shipping. We cannot grant a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery received.
