If you have a company in the EU without a branch in the Netherlands, you can get VAT-free (intra-Community) deliveries. A number of things are important for this:
- Your company is active and has an active registration in the trade register.
- You can find your registration on the VAT validation website https://ec.europa.eu/.
- The billing address is the same as the address on https://ec.europa.eu/.
- Your company does not have a branch in the Netherlands.
- The delivery address is also outside the Netherlands.
- You have your order delivered (and do not pick it up yourself).
- If you meet these standard conditions, enter your VAT number. This can be done at the bottom of the shopping cart page. If you already have an account, you can enter it in "My account".
- Don't have an account? Create an account.
- Your order is automatically a business order and is not subject to consumer law (e.g. right of withdrawal and return).
- If you provide an inactive VAT identification number, you are obliged to pay VAT.
